2018 was a very solid year for music all around but one of the best moments for me as a fan was learning that Nipsey's album Victory Lap was nominated for a grammy. I've been following Nips progression since 2013 when I was introduced to The Marathon and yes the growth of Nipsey has been a marathon and a honor to watch. So allow me to introduce you to the very first Gem of The Week for 2019 "Victory Lap" featuring Stacey Barthe and hopefully Nipsey and his team can bring home that Championship trophy......
