Toronto-based underground artist Jazz Cartier has spent the last year and a half locked in the studio.

With over 50 million streams on his last body of work, Fleurever, and a reputation as one of the pioneers for Toronto's rap underground, Jazz Cartier's latest release is return to his truest form.
