​Whenever the girls are chatting just know a good conversation is going to be had. Recently I sat down with rising star Alex Vaughn to pick her brain and get to know her a bit better. Alex was fresh off a performance with Summer Walker at The Lovers & Friends fest that took place in Las Vegas. So there was plenty of high energy and excitement.

Throughout our conversation Alex provided details on her classical musical background, and she reflected on her very first project and the growth that has occurred from then until now. We also dove into the truth about friendships and friendship breakups amongst  long time friends, which later led us into some in-depth music background on her latest project "The Hurtbook."

As we started to get comfortable virtually. Alex opened up about her creative process, song writing skills and what took place when creating her latest project The Hurtbook, which has turned into a small mini series.
