The future of hip-hop is female and someone that needs to be on your radar is Chicago native Baha Bank$. From the time that Baha stepped on the scene, she has hit the ground running with impactful singles riddled with fresh flows, creative hooks and she never skips out on the bars. Baha’s confidence is unmatched and reflects on and off the track.
Baha Bank$ latest single, "Black Barbie" is all about empowering women and girls of color to stand in their true confidence. Baha walks effortlessly over the beat while dropping bars that baddies everywhere can relate to. Drewski Films captured the visual, that truly brought this anthem to life. The video features Baha in true Barbie fashion but with a bit of a Chicago twist with comedian, Skinbone starring as Ken. In efforts to push an empowering message well beyond her music, Baha has taken Black Barbie to the next level with her latest charity endeavor donating Black Barbie dolls to the Salvation Army. We love a Chicago Queen who gives back to her city.
