Chicago artist, ApolloSoGodly releases “LOVESICK” EP just in time for Valentine’s Day. If you’ve been wondering where ApolloSpGodly has been hiding, he delivered some new music after going “Ghost” during quarantine.
We haven’t heard anything from ApolloSoGodly since he dropped his single “Ghost” at the end of 2020. The single appears on his new EP “LOVESICK” along with five other crafty songs. Seems like ApolloSoGodly needed some time to get back focused and this EP sounds exactly like he did exactly just that. We hear two features on the project with Joel Q on “Low Tolerance” and SoloCelo on “Body Party.” In fact, you can hear ApolloSoGodly and Joel Q speak on their frustrations with the negative events that society experienced during the pandemic. Police brutality, Chicago violence, and racism are just a few of the issues they touch on in the song. LOVESICK is the perfect combination of love and heartbreak songs. ApolloSoGodly opens up in the first song “Lovesick” as he sings about his emotions on love. The song is the perfect song to start the project with since it’s the most personal song after “Ghost” on the project. ApolloSoGodly even gets a little intimate on his song “Silent Party” as he raps about his attraction and interest for a certain girl. The switch-up with the beat at the end was the perfect transition to reveal Apollo’s sexual side. ApolloSoGodly has a vibe for the lovers and those who are frigid about love for this Valentine’s Days. Hopefully, we can expect to see a new visual from one of the songs off the project soon. Stream LOVESICK everywhere!
