CJ Fly has lowkey been killing in this game for some time now. Through several solo and group projects with Pro Era, it's now Cj's time for his new studio album.
The first of anything I've heard from CJ Fly was a feature with Joey Bada$$ titled 'Hardknock', from Joey's 1999 project. He followed through with projects Thee Way Eye See It and Flytrap. Now he delivers the album and what will stand as his new introduction to many, RUDEBWOY. With so much coastal influence through the early and mid 2010's, Pro Era helped shaped a standard for good hip-hop through a decade where the genre was popularized through sub-genres. Now, at 26, RUDEBWOY could stand as CJ's new rebranding into a different landscape of music. He features Joey on the self-titled single on the album. Other features include Kirk Knight, Haile Supreme, and more. Clever flow with a smooth production line revamps CJ lyrical ability and places him with an album to throw his name in to a conversation when you're discussing lyricists in the game. Spread the NOiZE and catch CJ FLy's new album on all platforms. Get a spin here below, via Apple Music.
