22 year old Chicagoland MC Connor James drops his best project yet in The Champagne Tape 

Connor James has been putting in work for years, dropping mixtape after mixtape often recorded in Chicago's legendary Classick Studios. His progression is pretty remarkable, best shown in his newest 4 track EP The Champagne Tape.

Yes it's short - but very sweet. He describes his music as "rhyming about the day to day" and you can hear it throughout the project. This may sound like a boring concept, but it's actually incredibly exciting to listen to. My favorite record is Pop It which features a flawless flow from Connor with a lot of energy. Producer Akeem Haze contributes an incredible instrumental that easily keeps up with Connor's bars.
