Chicago artist CP drops off new Luke Almighty-produced single, "LA".
Chicago talent CP just put out “LA”, the latest in a string of singles he’s put out this year to announce his presence and begin forming his identity as an artist. CP takes to the highway-riding, top-down sonics producer Luke Almighty provides, rapping about how he’s been coming up and how ever since, people have been all over him and trying to show him love. He raps, “started this s*** at the root of the harvest, know they gon’ label me one of the hardest, I gotta get to the money regardless, they never pictured me goin’ the farthest”. “LA” is a reaffirmation of CP’s intent to keep the music coming consistently, and it seems like he’s only getting more and more comfortable with himself as he continues to develop his flow and sound. Give “LA” a listen on CP’s Soundcloud with the link below and let us know what you think.
