First and foremost yes I listened to nearly the whole podcast, and I must say, as a first time listener I was easily entertained by the topics and discussions that were presented, but to stay on topic. During episode 141 Joe, and his co-host Rory and Mal gave in-depth details about Joe's departure from Complex growing news sensation known as "Everyday Struggle."

During their chat Budden explained how Complex's corporate ways didn't fit his values, and how they were all about gaining finances from advertised sponsors, as well as accumulating numbers instead of growing the culture of Hip Hop.
