In this episode, we had the pleasure of sitting down with Uduimoh Umolu, the Founder of the premium spirit brand  "Jon Basíl Tequila." Our conversation with Uduimoh was an enlightening one, as he shared his journey from his college experience to becoming a successful entrepreneur in the spirits industry.

He spoke about his college days and how he developed an app to inform students about events on campus. Uduimoh also touched upon the challenges he faced as a person of color in the tech industry, where it was difficult to find opportunities to help fund his app. However, these challenges only fueled his determination to create something that could not be denied. Uduimoh then took us through his experiences in the music industry and how it eventually led him to the spirits industry.

As he celebrates 5 years of his brand "Jon Basíl Tequila," Uduimoh shared with us the process of creating tequila and emphasized how it is meant to be sipped. He also shed light on the culture of the spirits industry as a whole, giving us a deeper understanding of the world of tequila and its importance in different cultures.
