Chicago artist, KingPinRue stopped by The Chocolate Baddie Show with Mary Jhay to discuss his new single “Super Like” and how prominent artists steal Chicago’s culture and capitalize from it without giving credit. KingPinRue has been making moves all over the Chicago area for the past few years.
KingPinRue discussed dropping his single “Thot It” before the pandemic hit and the influence it had on Fivo Foreign’s “Bop It” single featuring Chicago’s Northside rapper Polo G. The two songs definitely have similarities but KingPinRue said it didn’t phase him.
“I wasn’t overheated because I not gonna fight over a song….I can make that sh*t again……”
KingPinRue also discussed his new single “Super Like” and says that haters won’t stop him from making “hits.”
