Supa Bwe teams up with DMV artist Lee Sahir in their abstract new track Arrows In My Back
Arrows In My Back is one of the most unique songs I've heard in quite some time. Chicago's Supa Bwe has always experimented with his music - using rock, electronic, ambient, and a host of other soundscapes. Still, Arrows may be his most abstract record yet. It's drone heavy, although rhyming is still intact at the beginning. Working with Lee Sahir was a great move, as both bring different elements to the track.
Arrows In My Back is 5 minutes long with a good amount of vocal effects, melody, and alternative rock influences. The song has built a lot of buzz as we wait for Supa's upcoming mixtape Finally Dead. I love when Supa puts out new music - especially a full length project as there is no telling what it will sound like. Look out for Finally Dead and enjoy Arrows In My Back below.
