By: Jimmie SykesThese four men expressed mental illness and turned it into art on the track.
"Depression I know her well, I drown in her like a well. Swim away from her like a whale, until I be feeling well."
These group of men mutually discussed Mental illness and how can they help someone in dealing with it. It was a conversation on their observations and they decided to solve it by creating art and making it a universal conservation. Healing self, circle & others. This is what music is all about. A form of expression. Got to salute these young men for expressing a sensitive subject as clear as they did. They combined nicely to piece up their puzzle for one song. Don't be afraid to speak out on things that you know people struggle with. You never know who is listening or watching, just looking for some hope. Once again, hats off to these four for being the voice of the voiceless. Listen to this track below via Soundcloud. Josh Paul is on the chorus, Donovan is on the first verse, Keith Mallett is on the second verse,LOMiyagi is up third, and Josh Paul is there again to close it out.
