Rockie Fresh Continues his series with a new Ep.
MMG artist reppin' Chicago, Rockie Fresh, presents his 4 track EP "The Night I Went to Los Angeles", and he's doing it well! Keeping things short and sweet, track "Your Life Remix" featuring Rick Ross and Casey Veggies, was perfect for an introductory! The beat is bangin' yet smooth; very Chicago! Production is on point, with vocals clear and coordinated. We can always appreciate Rick Ross on a track as well, so for a first acquaintance to this track, I'm quite impressed! "All I Want", has a chill vibe and is catchy, with production by Hit Boy. The sound effects and frequent but steady beat drops are appealing. Cruise type of joint to the fullest!
"Potential" surprised me in the length it was, I would have liked it to be longer, but it made for good anticipation for the next song! Featuring and production by Chris Batson, this track gave a sexy/sultry sense from the start, and the singing was just the right touch! As for the final track, "Addicted", I'm not a big fan. The auto-tune was a little much, however the plainsong itself was futuristic and youthful! Overall, commercial potential is present, especially in the first track! The listen is easy, and the music is pleasant. Check it out below and spread the NOiZE! Follow Rockie Fresh
