Something to Think About

It's truly sad when three women are shot because of an unstable man, it's truly sad that a 3-year-old child can be killed and the killer is at home thinking damn I missed. At some point, we have to embrace our kids, our cousins, our neighbors and we need the police to embrace us and our communities as well so we can bring these senseless killers to justice.

It's unclear how 100+ people can fall victim to gun violence in the 5th largest city with cameras on almost every corner, intersection, and business but somehow only 21% of murders result in an arrest let alone a conviction.

The violence has to stop but at this point, it's clear that our city just isn't prepared to make our city streets safe.
