By Julie S.Chicago's finest Ty Money and Bump J link for an A Zae Productions visual to "Yes Or No." Ty Money is officially a three peat champion. In just 3 years he’s dropped 3 installments of his Cinco De Money series. He’s built an incredible buzz way beyond the city of Chicago by putting in major work and time into his music. Each project builds on the previous, with no skips necessary. It makes sense that my favorite of the series is the third, released in May of this year. The response was insane, garnering more fans, and most importantly, his due respect. His biggest look has come today with an exclusive Noisey premiere done by David Drake, for his video to "Yes Or No," off "Cinco 3." This is a huge record in general, as Chicago OG Bump J is featured on it. He was recently released from a notably long prison sentence earlier this year, and Chicago couldn’t be happier to welcome him home. Ty reached out to Bump even before his return, and he recorded his verse shortly. after coming back to the city The actual visual is Ty at his best. He is one of the best at mixing his street mentality with expressions of emotions and vulnerabilities. Although he’s flow is often relaxed, his intensity comes from a passionate delivery, well crafted bars, and a relatable presence in his visuals. "Yes Or No" is jam packed with braggadocios rhymes, confidence, and a real representations of Chicago. Ty’s strongest asset is his ability to craft records with either a catchy chorus, attention grabbing storytelling, or, and most often, both. Ty is performing at Illfest on August 25th, and best believe this show will be one of his best. If you haven’t seen Ty live yet, this is the perfect time to come through. Tickets are available here. Cop them while you still can. You can peep the visual below.
