Bekoe and Illinois Jones give their opinion on Fredo Santana, drug use, and his legacy.
The City recently lost a young pioneer who pave his way from poverty to long term popularity all by turning his negatives into a positive outcome. Fredo Santana passed January 19th late Friday night due to a fatal seizure, and most say it was cause by his health issues from dealing with kidney and liver failure, which he mentioned back in October 2017. As of now his autopsy is still pending.
We brought this topic to life via iLLANOiZE Radio, in which we discussed how Fredo changed the Chicago music culture, and why we consider him a young legend. We also chopped it up about artists who sent out their condolences, and how people need to be more responsible with drug usage, as well as the impact Fredo's death may cause on Chief Keef.
We also mention how certain sites would only post tragedies for website traffic, but never supported the artist music, or career.
